Bio
I am an independent agricultural ecologist and farmer. I believe there is no more important job in the world than that of food producers, we all need good, quality food. I also believe that the agricultural sector can be the solution to all the environmental challenges we are currently faced with. Finding the solutions begins with having a supported and connected community.
Qualifications
I have completed facilitation training, Sustainable Soil Management (on-going), Sustainable Nutrient Management (intermediate level), PhD in Freshwater Ecology (University of Amsterdam), MSc in Ecology (Vrije University), BSc in Resource and Environmental Planning (Waikato University).
Experience
I have 18 months experience working with catchment groups in the Waikato, predominately in the Whangape and Upper Puniu catchments.
Regions: Waikato/BoP, Waikato, South Waikato
