Tickets are now on sale for the 2026 Beef + Lamb New Zealand Awards Dinner at Te Pae Conference Centre, Christchurch on Wednesday 20 May at 6pm.
Open to farmers, rural professionals and sector supporters, the Awards Dinner is a night of celebration, connection, and exceptional food.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a specially crafted meal by B+LNZ Ambassador Chef Rex Morgan, while celebrating the sector, chatting with peers, and seeing finalists showcased as winners across eight award categories are announced.
Tickets cost $225 (includes GST).

Part of Out the Gate 2026
The B+LNZ Awards Dinner is held as part of Out the Gate 2026 – a two‑and‑a‑half‑day programme designed to make the most of farmers’ time off‑farm.
Centred around the theme “A sector fit for the future, this year’s programme is the most comprehensive yet, with three major events combined into one to help farmers make the most of their time away from the farm.
The expanded programme includes the Sheep Breeders Forum, the flagship Out the Gate event, and the B+LNZ Awards Dinner, along with a new half‑day of science sessions focused on farmer‑relevant research and innovation.
