The People and Capability Farmer Reference Group (PCRG), comprising 12 farmers, plays a crucial role in B+LNZ's workforce efforts by sense-checking projects and funding with practical farmer insights.
They engage through meetings and ad-hoc communication, also bringing in ideas and feedback from local farmer networks.
