Alongside the B+LNZ Awards and the Sheep Breeders Forum, Out the Gate will bring together farmers, industry leaders, and innovators to share ideas and celebrate excellence.

We’re pleased to announce that Farmlands, a long-standing supporter of the B+LNZ Awards, has come on board as a Strategic Partner for Out the Gate 2026.

Farmlands’ involvement reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the sector and supporting farmers to succeed.

Tanya Houghton, Farmlands CEO, says “Farmlands is proud to once again partner with B+LNZ to celebrate excellence, innovation, and the people who drive NZ’s sheep and beef sector.”

Dan Brier, B+LNZ’s GM Extension, says the partnership is about more than sponsorship. “Out the Gate is about connecting farmers with the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to thrive. Farmlands’ support helps us deliver an event that celebrates the sector while driving conversations about future opportunities.”

“Farmlands has partnered with the B+LNZ Awards since their inception three years ago, and this next step builds on that relationship,” he adds.

By joining Out the Gate as a Strategic Partner, Farmlands is helping create a space where farmers can learn, collaborate, and celebrate the achievements that make our industry world-class.
