To sign up to e-diaries, create/login to a B+LNZ online account, go to ‘Account settings’ and select the e-diary box – you’ll be asked to pick which region/s you want to receive e-diaries for.

Drought declared across Taranaki – RST can help
A drought has been declared in Taranaki, with the Government announcing a medium-scale adverse event. If you need support, please call the Rural Support Trust (RST) on 0800 787 254 – rural support groups have received $30,000 to help farmers. B+LNZ have a range of drought-related resources available on our website. Please check in with your neighbours and take care.
Have you received B+LNZ Annual Meeting voting info in the mail yet?
Everyone on B+LNZ’s electoral roll should have received voting information in the mail by now, or over the next few days. If you haven’t received a letter by the start of next week, contact Electionz.com on 0800 666 032. Alternatively, you can check if you’re on the roll by calling 0800 BEEFLAMB (0800 233 352) or emailing enquiries@beeflambnz.com. Applications close at midnight tonight for the B+LNZ Generation Next Programme – apply now. The programme is aimed at farmers wanting to take the next step in their farming careers by developing their business and leadership skills.

Applications are open for the Rural Leaders’ Kellogg Programme (running 24 June – 28 November 2025), a programme B+LNZ supports. Kellogg gives you the strategic, leadership and critical thinking skills to grow as a leader. The programme runs for 18 days in-person and is spread over six months.
