This week’s notices:
Help inform our RMA thinking
As outlined in last week’s e-diaries, the Government has introduced legislation to replace the Resource Management Act (RMA). B+LNZ is seeking farmer input on key aspects of RMA legislation. This will allow testing of high-level thinking and help inform our work. We’ve developed a survey in conjunction with DairyNZ, which should take around 15-20 minutes to complete and which runs until 19 December. Find the survey here.
Entries in the 2026 B+LNZ Awards are now closed
Entries in the 2026 B+LNZ Awards closed on Monday, 8 December and B+LNZ is delighted with both the quantity and quality of the entries received. Following a checking process, all nominations and entries will be forwarded for judging over January and February and finalists will be named in March. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner at Te Pae in Christchurch on Wednesday 20 May. The Awards Dinner will be one of the highlights of B+LNZ’s Out the Gate conference which will be held at Te Pae on 20–21 May.
