There are plenty of opportunities to catch up with the B+LNZ team, ask questions, and hear the latest. We’ll be on site at the Wānaka Show, Central Districts Field Days, and Fieldays at Mystery Creek – come chat to the team and let us know what’s on your mind.

Wānaka A&P Show (13–14 March) 

Where: Agri Exchange Tent 

On Friday 13 March, B+LNZ will be at the Agri Exchange Tent alongside Lincoln University, AIMER Farming and other sector partners.    

Join B+LNZ Chair, Kate Acland, for a panel session at 3-4pm on Friday, offering practical insights on current sector issues and discussion relevant to farmers and rural professionals navigating change and future planning. Refreshments will be provided. 

Central Districts Field Days (19–21 March) 

Where: Site G31/G32 – shared with DairyNZ and Federated Farmers 

Across 19-20 March, you’ll find us alongside DairyNZ and Federated Farmers at a shared site designed to make it easier for farmers to access trusted advice, tools, and support all in one place.  

Alongside members from the Extension team, visitors will also be able to chat with B+LNZ Farmer Councillors and local Director Andrew Stewart. B+LNZ’s Wormwise Programme Manager Ginny Dodunski will also be onsite with liver specimens showcasing the impacts of Facial Eczema

  • Tug of War – Thursday 19 March, 3:00pm 
  • Primary sector panel discussion – Friday 20 March, 1:30pm 
  • Red Meat Farm Business of the Year announcement – Friday 20 March, 3:30pm 

Fieldays at Mystery Creek (10–13 June) 

Where: Agribusiness Pavilion – site PD50/PD48 

We’re looking forward to Fieldays at Mystery Creek where we’ll again be part of the Agribusiness Pavilion.  Come chat to the B+LNZ team about the latest opportunities, technology, and ask your questions. 

Joining us on site will be senior staff, Directors, Farmer Council members, Kāhui representatives, and members of the B+LNZ Genetics team – who will be launching a new genetics tool at the event.
