Beef + Lamb New Zealand (B+LNZ) is proud to continue its support for Surfing for Farmers, now as a Grassroots Sponsor to reflect our long-standing commitment to this fantastic initiative helping farmers connect, unwind, and prioritise their mental wellbeing.
Like previous years, we will continue to provide regional support and funding through our Regional Delivery Plans (RDPs), delivered in partnership with the B+LNZ Farmer Council and Kāhui.
Justine Kidd, B+LNZ’s GM Extension says, “We are really pleased to continue backing this award-winning initiative that gives farmers the opportunity to get off the farm, make new connections and get into a whole new environment.
“Rural mental health continues to be a major concern for our sector, and Surfing for Farmers is one of the valuable tools farmers can use to stay well.”
