Laura Keenan will present data around the changes in productivity that have occurred on New Zealand sheep and beef farms over the last 30 years.
She will use this as the basis to describe her current research to examine how the growth of forages such as red clover and plantain can be related to temperature and moisture to give an indication of their productive potential in any given environment.
