Ben and Sarah Dooley farm just outside of Wyndham in Southland and together completed the Beef + Lamb New Zealand Generation Next Programme in 2018. The fourth-generation farmers caught up with B+LNZ National Extension Programme Manager Olivia Weatherburn to share their experience from the programme and reflect on how it has helped them get to where they are today.
