B+LNZ Still Standing, Still Growing Workshop

A workshop for rural women

Real tools, real conversations. A chance to reset and move forward. When was the last time you took a day off farm to invest in you!

Connect with other rural women and enjoy a few laughs along the way!

Most of us are experts at keeping going. We move through hard seasons, check things off, and keep our heads down. What we're less practiced at is stepping back to see how far we've actually come and where we want to go next.

The day is designed in three parts:

  1. Morning: Connection and mindset - Step back, connect, and shift your thinking.
  2. Guest speakers - Practical, real-world insight on finance, succession, and future readiness
  3. Afternoon: practical skill - Learn simple, usable tools for resilience, finding your anchor, and designing your next chapter.
