How it works
- Around seven workshops over 12 months.
- Small group learning with like-minded farmers.
- Practical discussions, real-world examples, and action planning.
- Open to B+LNZ levy payers and employees of levy payers.

- Work on a sheep, beef or grazing property.
- Want to understand the business side of farming.
- Are keen to learn and share ideas.
- Can commit to attending the workshops.
- Have ambitions to progress towards farm ownership.
What's expected?
Participants will:
- Take part in discussions and activities.
- Complete agreed actions between sessions.
- Share some financial and performance information.
- Learn alongside and support other group members.
Cost
The programme is funded through the B+LNZ levy. Your only cost is travel to workshops.
