Nick brings a mix of on-farm understanding and sharp business insight, meaning what he shares actually works in the real world. If you want to get clearer on expectations, lift team performance, and avoid the common people headaches that cost time, money, and good staff, Nick will give you straight-up, practical advice you can take home and use straight away.
Rob Foreman – former Manawatu Turbos rugby player, rugby coach and Pahiatua S&B farmer
Rob is a Tararua sheep and beef farmer, former Manawatū Turbos hooker, and passionate rugby coach. He played more than 100 matches for Manawatū and was part of the Turbos' 2014 ITM Championship-winning side. A former Wairarapa Bush and New Zealand Universities representative, he built a reputation for toughness and leadership. Today, he combines farming with coaching, helping develop the next generation of players as coach of the Feilding High School 1st XV
Grace Pettit – Farmer Councillor and Global Sheep Forum – Next Generation Representative:
Grace is a member of the B+LNZ Eastern North Island Farmer Council. Her and her fiance run a 700-hectare family farm at Kumeroa, and are passionate about supporting thriving rural communities. In 2026, Grace was selected to represent New Zealand in the Global Sheep Forum Next Generation programme, attending LambEx in Adelaide alongside emerging sheep industry leaders from around the world. She will share key insights and learnings from her LambEx and Global Sheep Forum experience, highlighting innovations, leadership, and opportunities for New Zealand’s sheep sector.
