Real tools. Real conversations. A chance to reset and move forward. When was the last time you took a day off the farm to invest in yourself?

As rural women, we're experts at keeping things moving. We navigate challenging seasons, solve problems, support others, and keep ticking off the jobs that need doing. What we don't always make time for is stepping back to recognise how far we've come, take stock of where we are, and think about what's next.

Still Standing, Still Growing is a practical, down-to-earth workshop designed specifically for sheep and beef farming women who are ready to pause, reflect, and move forward with confidence.

Through a mix of practical tools, expert insights, and meaningful conversations, you'll gain fresh perspective on your future, both personally and professionally.

What you'll gain

  • Practical tools to strengthen your mindset and resilience.
  • Greater confidence in financial, succession, and future planning conversations.
  • Time to reflect on your goals, values, and next chapter.
  • A personalised workbook filled with your own insights, actions, and plans.
  • Connection with other rural women who understand the realities of rural life.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Learn practical tools for mindset and resilience.
  • Gain insight into succession, finance, and future planning.
  • Connect with other rural women.
  • Step away from the farm and focus on yourself.
  • Leave with a clearer vision and practical next steps.

The day is designed in three parts

Morning – connection and mindset

  • Reconnect with your strengths, celebrate your wins, and explore mindset patterns that may be holding you back.

Afternoon – designing your next chapter

  • Take time to reflect, identify what matters most, and create a vision for the future you want.
  • You'll leave with a word to guide your year and one brave action to take first.
