  • Leadership coach and facilitator based in North Canterbury.
  • Founder of Activating Potential.
  • Nearly 20 years’ experience across the New Zealand public sector.
  • Specialises in leadership development, coaching, and creating practical learning experiences that drive real change.
  • Facilitator for the Agri-Women’s Development Trust (AWDT), supporting rural women to build confidence, connect with others, and step into new opportunities both on and off farm.
  • Known for her warm, engaging style.
  • Passionate about helping people recognise their strengths, back themselves, and take meaningful action toward the future they want.

Haley van Leeuwen – Craigs Investment Partners

  • Over 20 years’ experience.
  • Passionate about helping women build confidence with money and make smart decisions for their future.
  • Brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to investing.

Alice Sanders – Fyfe Karameana Lawyers, High Country farmer & hunting business owner
