Speakers

Esnes Gray – Senior Economic Service Manager NSI Beef + Lamb NZ

Esnes has been in this role for the past 9 years, working closely with farmers in the Northern South Island region collecting and analysing farm production and financial information for Beef and Lamb NZ’s Sheep and Beef survey. The data is collated nationally by Beef and Lamb NZ’s Insights team who provide insights to both internal and external parties. As well as the survey Esnes also helps forecast for Beef and Lambs NZ’s New Season Outlook, Lamb Crop and Mid-season update publications. She enjoys being able to visit local farmers and provide insight of their farming operations back to a national level. It’s a great team to be involved in with many years of experience, they are presently celebrating our 75th year of the survey.
