Through his work in recruitment, leadership development, organisational design and business restructuring, Nick regularly works alongside farmers and rural business leaders navigating difficult conversations, performance issues, team dynamics and organisational change With a background that combines farming, banking, business advisory and HR consulting, Nick is passionate about building leadership capability across the primary sector.
