The Uretara Estuary Managers Inc operates over 4 catchments. The Tahawai, Urtetara, Te Rereatukahia and Te Mania Streams. Project Parore operates under the umbrella of UEMInc on the Te Mania Stream.
Area is some 8,900 hectares. This includes DOC land and the town of Katikati. From the Top of the Kaimai Ranges to the Tauranga Harbour.
