Bio

Andrew is a full time Mediator and Facilitator.  Born and bred in the Wairararapa, on a sheep and beef farm in Wainuioru.  Andrew is passionate about farming, its place in NZ and its intrinsic relationship to the health of NZ's environment and its people.    Andrew originally trained and worked as a lawyer, then returned to farming in his early 30's.  Andrew built 15 years experience as a sheep and beef farmer on the family farm growing from trainee shepherd to Managing Director of a medium scale sheep and beef finishing equity partnership.  Andrew now runs his own practice as a Mediator and facilitator (specialising in rural issues), based  in the Wairarapa with clients across the lower north Island.    Andrew is qualified as a Lead Facilitator with BLNZ/ RMPP and is currently focused on the BLNZ Catchment Group Facilitator specialist skill set.
