Rural Leadership Advancement Scholarship 2026
Beef + Lamb New Zealand is offering a $4,000 contribution towards a place on any Rural Leaders programme starting in 2026 for six livestock farmers to advance their leadership skills and impact on the sector.

Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be actively living and working on a New Zealand livestock farm.
- Be a New Zealand resident.
- Demonstrated experience in the livestock sector with a commitment to leadership and community development.
- Must propose a relevant project topic (if looking at the Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme) that will benefit the wider levy payers and the sheep and beef sector.
- Willingness to report regularly to B+LNZ on programme progress and share findings at B+LNZ events.
- Scholarship must be used towards course fees and used within 12 months of receiving.
