Tickets are now on sale for this year’s Beef + Lamb New Zealand Awards Dinner being held at Christchurch’s Te Pae Convention Centre on Thursday, 19 October.
B+LNZ’s CEO Sam McIvor says the finalists will be introduced and winners of the eight Award categories announced during the evening, but it will also be a great opportunity to get together and celebrate New Zealand’s sheep and beef industry and the people who work within it.
“I strongly encourage anyone with an interest in the red meat sector to secure tickets early. It is chance to see the breadth and depth of talent working at every stage of the supply chain as well as the technologies that are helping to drive efficiencies, productivity and profitability.”
He says tickets to last year’s B+LNZ Awards Dinner sold out quickly and he urges people to get in early to avoid disappointment.
“We had fantastic feedback after last year’s Awards Dinner. People enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate success, network, catch-up with friends and enjoy a fantastic three-course meal which featured some this country’s best beef and lamb.”
He says this year will be no different and promises to be a showcase of all the great work happening within the sheep and beef industry.
