Hannah Miller, A Lady Butcher

Hannah's passion is creating purposeful meats from New Zealand products and to create truly local charcuterie.

At the age of 10, Hannah knew she wanted to work with food, and a few years on she is doing exactly that. Little did she know that moving to London and beginning her butchery apprenticeship would lead to a life focused on sustainability and zero-waste eating. Ten years and six continents later she is known as the lady of “A Lady Butcher”. Her passion is creating purposeful meats from New Zealand products and to create truly local charcuterie. Hear her inspiring journey as she joins Beef + Lamb NZ Southern South Island Extension Manager Olivia Ross to discuss how starting a business was for her along with how to get the most out of NZ meat products.
