At the age of 10, Hannah knew she wanted to work with food, and a few years on she is doing exactly that. Little did she know that moving to London and beginning her butchery apprenticeship would lead to a life focused on sustainability and zero-waste eating. Ten years and six continents later she is known as the lady of “A Lady Butcher”. Her passion is creating purposeful meats from New Zealand products and to create truly local charcuterie.
