On-Farm Experiences Build Support for Farmers, with Dr James Turner of AgResearch

In early 2020,the first Open Farms day was held, with 45 farms welcoming non-farming visitors.

The “Our Land and Water National Science Challenge” surveyed those visitors to find out their thoughts about the opportunity and on farming in general. We’re joined by Senior Social Scientist at AgResearch Dr James Turner to discuss the survey findings, what it means or could mean for farming in New Zealand, and also to talk about the work of the National Science Challenges.
