The field day will include a farm tour and a look under the bonnet of how the business really operates, with valuable insights and practical take-home learnings. Jason and Chelsea’s operation is built on great people, well-oiled systems, and smart diversification of policies, showcasing how maximising the strengths of each land-use class can drive efficiency and performance.
About the day
- There will be something for everyone to take away, with insights across deer, Saxon Merino sheep, native carbon planting, viticulture, and adding value to their own wool & honey, making this a valuable day for a wide range of farming operations.
- Please BYO lunch, and 4WD vehicles for the farm tour.
- A BBQ and refreshments will be provided at the close of the day.
