Join Andrew Dowling, starting at the Tarras Community Hall and then going out on-farm for this practical workshop.
Drench resistance in cattle is on the rise and internal parasites are the unseen thief of weight gain in dairy heifer and beef grazing systems – but at the same time there are farms getting excellent growth performance with reduced drench inputs. How are they doing it? We'll also look at how to identify when stock are not performing well, when parasites are the reason, or when other factors such as nutrition are having an impact.
