B+LNZ webinars on the Government’s RMA national direction consultation

The Government is currently consulting on updating the Resource Management Act national direction. 

This covers a wide range of areas relevant to sheep and beef farming, including changes in the freshwater policy frameworks that councils use when setting regional targets, timeframes and rules, and changes to freshwater national rules such as stock exclusion, wetlands and water storage.

Join the B+LNZ policy team for an online session to run you though the proposals and what they could mean for farmers. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and we also want to collect your feedback on the proposals to inform our consultation submission.
