About the Day
Join us for an engaging and informative day focused on on-farm technologies, proudly brought to you by the Tasman Farming for Profit Committee – a group of local farmers and rural professionals committed to delivering farmer-led, relevant events.
We’ll kick off the day at the Sowman’s runoff block, where Halter will introduce their virtual fencing technology. Sam Sowman will share his experience using Halter on-farm and demonstrate a live Halter shift in action.
After the demo, we’ll head to the Upper Takaka Country Club for a delicious BBQ lunch cooked by PGG Wrightson Takaka, featuring locally sourced Pearl Pastures meat.
