What to bring?
Along with your own questions, we will cover photos, samples, and real on farm examples. Bring a few kill sheets so we can dig into any underlying issues you are seeing and explore what they might mean for your farm.
If you come across any interesting or unusual animal organs or body parts before the workshop, feel free to bring them along. Keep the organ or part of interest clean, place it on its own in a bag (no full offal sets), and freeze it. Defrost it the night before the workshop and bring it with you.
Lunch (or afternoon tea depending on timing) will be provided at the workshop.
