Honouring our farmers, celebrating our lamb.

Join us to celebrate National Lamb Day! This iconic day marks the origin of New Zealand’s globally renowned food industry. On 15 February 1882, the first shipment of frozen lamb left Port Chalmers for London – an innovation that launched our multi-billion-dollar meat industry and put Kiwi lamb on the world stage.

This BBQ is a chance to come together, mark this milestone, and thank you – our incredible farmers. Through rain, hail, and beating sun, you work hard to produce the world’s best lamb. Your dedication and resilience are the backbone of our industry, and we’re proud to acknowledge & celebrate all that you do.
