Join us for an engaging afternoon on a Turakina Valley road property, where the focus will be on setting up for mating.
Livestock confirmation specialist Guy Martin will be providing a hands-on demonstration of what process he goes through to select the best ewes to ensure continual improvement.
The day will involve a farm tour of the Stewart’s property and a discussion on stock water reticulation and the cost-benefits of the use of it in hill country.
The day will also include what technology is currently available for management of stock water.
What to bring?
Quad bikes or side-by-sides will be required for the farm tour. Helmets are a necessity please.
The day will conclude with refreshments and a BBQ (thanks to IPLEX).
