Philippa Cameron
Philippa Cameron is a renowned rural advocate, station cook, and social media influencer with over 45,000 followers. Based on a high-country station in New Zealand, Philippa blends her passion for food and storytelling to showcase classic country living. She is the author of two beloved books, which celebrate timeless recipes and the rich, unique lifestyle of life on a station.
Through her platform, Philippa champions the role of rural women, encouraging pride in their contributions to farm life, while also acknowledging the challenges some face when relocating from familiar urban settings.
Over the past year, Philippa has furthered the dialogue around New Zealand’s food and drink heritage, showcasing seasonal ingredients combined with simple pantry staples—a necessity for those living many kilometres from a supermarket.
By engaging in public speaking and sharing her recipes, Philippa has deepened public appreciation for rural life. She continues to empower rural women through storytelling, events, and her candid social media presence.

Kristen C. White - Real Food, Real Life: Nutrition for Busy Women
Kristen C. White is a NZ Registered Dietitian with over 20 years’ experience helping clients feel better in mind and body with food. As a 54 year old woman and mum of two teens, she understands the demands that women juggle on a daily basis. She offers practical advice to help women nourish themselves and their families, and is passionate about guiding people towards a more peaceful and balanced relationship with food.
