That’s why we’ve partnered with No8HR to create a Focus Group designed to help you get the best from your team, strengthen your leadership and communication skills, and boost productivity.
About the Group
This hands-on learning experience combines essential theory with practical application. You’ll gain a solid understanding of employment basics and develop strategic skills you can immediately apply on your farm.
Between modules, you’ll put ideas into action, share your wins and challenges, and learn alongside a small group of like-minded farmers.
You’ll walk away with:
- Confidence to lead and manage your team effectively.
- Insights into your communication style and how to bring out the best in others.
- Practical tools to improve efficiency and build a strong work culture.
- Coaching techniques to maximise team performance.
- A clear understanding of employment law and performance management.
- A peer network to share ideas and solutions.

- Can commit to a 7-module learning journey over 12 months.
