We all know that farmers are great at growing grass and growing livestock. Growing our people though? That’s a little more challenging.
Our farmers have told us they want to build confidence in this area. So we’ve teamed up with No8HR to develop a Focus Group that helps you get the best from your team, grow your leadership and communication skills, and lift productivity.
Combining core theory with hands-on application, you’ll build a solid understanding of employment basics and advance your key strategic skills, giving you the tools and confidence to apply what you learn back on your farm. Between modules, you’ll put ideas into action, share your wins and challenges, and learn alongside small group of like-minded farmers.
You’ll walk away with:
- Confidence to lead and manage your team effectively.
- A greater understanding of your communication style and how to get the best from your team.
- Practical tools to lift efficiency and build a great work culture.
- Tools to maximise performance through coaching.
- A greater understanding of employment law and performance management.
- A peer network to share ideas and solutions.
