We have successfully launched our first four Financial Management Focus Groups in 2025 and, with great success, we are now keen to establish more. in 2026 we will be establishing a new group, and expressions of interest are open.
What is a Focus Group?
Our Farmer Focus Groups are small, closed learning environments focused on specific areas of on-farm business or performance. Each group runs for two years with eight group days designed to help you learn, share, and implement meaningful changes alongside subject matter experts and like-minded farmers. Members identify opportunities, take practical actions back to their farm, and share what they have done and learned at each session.

Selection criteria
- Actively working on a sheep and beef or drystock property (associated levy payers).
- Willingness to learn new skills and improve production and profitability.
- Members must agree to attend all sessions and complete the full programme.
