Join us on Wednesday 24th September, 12–2.30pm at the Kamo Club for a catered lunch and the chance to hear from two inspiring speakers.

About the day

Sam Johnson, founder of the Student Volunteer Army during Christchurch earthquake disaster, a leading voice on mobilising people and ideas, Sam will share his journey of turning energy into lasting impact.

Recognised as Young New Zealander of the Year, Communicator of the Year, and recipient of the Sir Peter Blake Leadership Award, Sam was recently named the Institute of Directors’ Emerging Director of the Year (Auckland). Joined by B+LNZ Director Phil Weir, who will bring a farmer’s perspective on leadership, the shaping of our B+LNZ new Strategy, and insights into the future of our sector.

This is more than just a meal – it’s a chance to connect with fellow farmers, share ideas, and take-home fresh thinking for your business and community.
