On 25 September, Wayne Forrest is joining us at our Farmer Council Annual Meeting at TuiHQ, sharing his story of farming after a life-altering injury that left him a tetraplegic.
About the evening
- Hear updates from Eastern North Island Director Pat Crashaw and Farmer Council Chair Dan Billing, and be part of the conversation guiding the future of farming in our region.
- They will share insights into B+LNZ’s current policy work and the Board’s strategic direction. There’ll be time for questions so bring your thoughts, ideas, and feedback.
- We’ll also be voting to replace retiring members of the Eastern North Island Farmer Council. If you’re passionate about farming and want to contribute to the direction of our sector, we’d love to hear from you.
- A cash bar will be available and canapés will be served.
