Beef is in the black! Come along to Hugh & Noelene Donald’s farm to see a high-performance breeding cow herd in operation and gain valuable insights into how you can “Beef up” your farm.

Focusing on Noelene and Hugh’s beef herd, we will hear from Steve Morris (Massey University), Dave Warburton (Vet Services HB) talk about the key performance indicators that underpin high levels of breeding cow performance, the importance and value of getting your breeding programme sorted and ensuring your cattle have great conformation and are up for the job.
Valuable thoughts will also be provided by Martin Williamson who supports Hugh and Noelene with their breeding programme.
