POSTPONED: Unfortunately, the Alliance meat works plant we were visiting has had to shut down early due to stock supply. We will be back with more information about the rescheduling of this event ASAP.
Come along to the Nelson Alliance Plant to gain some insights into red meat processing.
You will be able to have a guided tour of the plant as well as hearing from the Alliance team and the Nelson Plant MPI veterinarian. There is a bus departing Blenheim at 8am or you are welcome to take your own vehicle. Lunch will be kindly supplied by Alliance. Please register as there is a maximum capacity of 50 people.
