While his official title is Hurunui District Landcare Group (HDLG) coordinator, Josh Brown is essentially writing the blueprint for a role that evolved out of regulatory chaos; where dryland sheep and beef farmers within the region were being asked to limit any increases in their already minimal nutrient losses to 10%.
