We know there have been issues with using the NAIT helpline. Unsurprisingly, the helpline has had four times as many calls as usual as farmers re-register.
OSPRI, which administers NAIT, has assured us that it has increased staffing levels at the NAIT helpline with support from MPI. We will be following up to ensure that all options are taken to meet the increased demand on the call centre.
