The New Zealand meat specifications guide is a comprehensive guide for commercial buyers of New Zealand grass-fed beef and lamb showing the beef, bobby veal, lamb, mutton cuts and offals available from New Zealand.
The nutrition guide contains the nutrient composition for 23 beef and 25 lamb cuts and offal items.
Combining these two guides into Meat the Cut has created a one stop shop for information on New Zealand beef and lamb cuts. The app shows where on the carcass the cut comes from, cut export code numbers and nutritional information.
