The Rural Support Trust Tararua are very pleased to announce that they will be holding, along with Rural Women, a free Loshni Manikam workshop.

Are you a farming woman who wants to thrive? Need the time to do what you want to do, but often feel too guilty and selfish? Investing in yourself is important for both yourself and your family, and now more than ever, your wellness is crucial – both personally and as farmers. 

Loshni Manikam, is a farming woman and a mum of 3 sometimes-lovely children who understands the juggle many of us face. Loshni, founder of Thriving Farming Women, is also a trained coach and facilitator with a passion to share tools and tips with other woman to support them to thrive.

Loshni’s style of honesty, positivity and humour means that you will leave this workshop having laughed at least once, learnt something new and realised that you are not alone in the way you feel and think.
