Summer Resilience Seminar

Don't miss this great opportunity to come along and learn more about what you can do on farm to build some resilience from a well-known farm systems scientist, Tom Fraser.

Tom Fraser is a Lincoln based scientist who has spent 44 years in forage research and been involved in research and extension in the areas of pasture establishment and management on sheep and beef farms throughout NZ.

Ginny Dodunski has been a sheep, beef and deer veterinarian for 20 years and has a special interest in farm systems, feed budgeting, breeding ewe management, parasitology and deer systems.

Afternoon tea and finger food included.

Tom Fraser, Fraser Pastoral – Well known Farm Systems Scientist Tom Fraser will be discussing the summer weather at hand including adapting grazing management in our changing seasons.  How do you make informed decisions for your property?  Tom will also cover grazing systems to maximise clover on hill country.
  2. Ginny Dodunski, Totally Vets – Ginny is a production animal veterinary and consult with Totally Vets.  She will be covering some of those summer animal health issues that can spring up in our  changeable weather including facial eczema and parasites.
