Please join us for an afternoon learning all you need to know about maximising your carcase grade performance, plus an opportunity to be taken through the Alliance sheep plant.

We welcome practical presentations from an Alliance Plant representative; discussing the grading process and what it takes to achieve top results.

As well as Nicola Schreurs (Massey Uni) delving into factors effecting lamb carcase grades on farm.
