- Profitability, managing through the current farming pressures, decision making and on farm tips and tricks to save money. Covering a range of talking points from what gets you to sleep at night to on farm innovation which will challenge your thinking and add value to your farming operation.
- Guest speaker Ashley Burdon, McIntyre Dick will facilitate a discussion and present on business planning, cashflow management and budgeting. Ash enjoys coaching his clients to become better in business.
- We hear from the banking industry representatives around opportunities and proactive actions to take with your banking team.
- We will hear from a panel of farmers with insights into how they have navigated through financially hard times and come through the other side and what have been their key learnings.
To finish off we will have a tour of the Gilkison farm who are an exceptional farming team, and they will share their farming story. Dean Carson will also share his thoughts and practical tips around strategic decisions you can make on farm to ensure you stay on track.
